<p>We are looking for a skilled Systems and Network Engineer to join our team in the Metroplex. In this role, you will design, manage, and optimize IT systems and networks while ensuring security, reliability, and scalability. You will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to implement innovative solutions and maintain seamless operations, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Design, maintain, and troubleshoot complex network and server environments, including wireless systems and Windows-based servers.</p><p>• Develop and implement automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.</p><p>• Manage security protocols, including endpoint protection, disaster recovery, backups, and access control measures.</p><p>• Lead infrastructure projects focused on storage solutions, virtualization, and automation for both office and home settings.</p><p>• Facilitate the integration of emerging technologies, such as AI tools, into company workflows and IT infrastructure.</p><p>• Oversee cloud-based systems like Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and SharePoint to ensure optimal performance.</p><p>• Configure and manage networking and storage solutions using Cisco technologies.</p><p>• Participate in on-call rotations to provide critical support for systems and networks.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT systems management.</p>

<p>• At least 3 years of experience in IT systems and network engineering.</p><p>• Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Azure Active Directory.</p><p>• Familiarity with Citrix technologies and Microsoft Exchange.</p><p>• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.</p><p>• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Willingness to commit to the role for a minimum of two years and participate in on-call rotations.</p><p>• Experience with scripting and automation, particularly using PowerShell.</p>
