<p>Robert Half is working with a leading organization that is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to join their legal department. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in advising business leaders and ensuring compliance within a dynamic corporate environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.</li><li>Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.</li><li>Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and compliance requirements.</li><li>Support mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.</li><li>Conduct legal research and stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations affecting the business.</li><li>Manage relationships with external counsel as needed.</li><li>Assist with dispute resolution and litigation management.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership required.</li><li>4+ years of relevant legal experience, with at least 2 years in-house or advising corporate clients.</li><li>Strong background in corporate law, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li></ul>
