Associate Attorney
<p>Are you a <strong>driven, self-starting attorney</strong> looking to grow your career in litigation? This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse caseload and work collaboratively within a dynamic environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Litigate personal injury cases and oversee all phases from case intake through resolution.</p><p>• Conduct depositions, represent clients in hearings, and participate in trials.</p><p>• Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.</p><p>• Perform thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.</p><p>• Manage a caseload efficiently to ensure timely progress and resolution.</p><p>• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns.</p><p>• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with legal standards and maintain meticulous case documentation.</p>
• Must hold a Juris Doctor degree and be a licensed attorney.<br>• 0–3 years of experience in civil litigation, particularly in plaintiff-focused cases.<br>• Knowledge of personal injury litigation, including torts, premises liability, and medical malpractice.<br>• Familiarity with immigration law is a plus.<br>• Strong legal research and writing skills.<br>• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.<br>• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.<br>• Self-driven and goal-oriented individual with a commitment to client service.
