The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in manufacturing accounting and leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring teams and driving financial excellence. Responsibilities:• Oversee full-cycle accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.• Manage cost accounting processes, including variance analysis and month-end close procedures.• Lead and mentor a dedicated accounting team, fostering growth and collaboration.• Prepare detailed financial reports and offer insights to support organizational decision-making.• Conduct thorough analysis of manufacturing costs to optimize operations and profitability.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of accounting practices.• Drive continuous improvement within accounting processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in accounting, with a proven ability to mentor and guide teams.• A minimum of 5-10 years of full-cycle accounting experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector.• Familiarity with cost accounting principles and practices; experience in food manufacturing is highly advantageous.• Strong knowledge of month-end close processes and variance analysis.• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• A proactive and self-directed approach to managing responsibilities.
