<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Required).</li><li>4-5 years of accounting experience within a nonprofit or government organization.</li><li>Proven experience managing and leading a team; ability to foster collaboration and create a culture of accountability.</li><li>Exceptional ability to work in and adapt to a fast-paced environment, especially during times of organizational change.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and support a diverse team while implementing best practices.</li><li>A hands-on, can-do attitude; willingness to "roll up your sleeves" when work needs to get done.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet important deadlines consistently.</li><li>Experience with nonprofit fund accounting, grants management, and compliance preferred.</li></ul>
