The role requires expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for hourly positions. Responsibilities: • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating their onboarding. • Identify and attract candidates with relevant experience for hourly positions, such as material handlers. • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the role. • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage job postings and candidate workflows efficiently. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies. • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of talent. • Coordinate hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates. • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process. • Provide timely updates to the team on recruitment progress and challenges. • Support the organization in meeting urgent hiring demands in a high-growth environment.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate or manufacturing setting. • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify talent using various platforms and methods. • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and candidates. • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. • Experience in recruiting for hourly positions is highly desirable.
