• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required. • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in senior accounting or financial management roles. • Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, cost accounting, and financial controls. • Proficiency in accounting software systems, ERP solutions, and advanced Excel functions. • Familiarity with financial tools such as ADP and DCAA standards. • Proven ability to manage short- and long-term budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
