We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure the accuracy of all accounting functions. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in document management and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining compliance with all financial regulations. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial records and statements. • Develop and implement efficient document control processes to maintain organized and secure records. • Supervise document scanning and compilation efforts to enhance accessibility and efficiency. • Collaborate with management to provide insights and recommendations for financial strategies. • Monitor compliance with financial regulations and company policies. • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy. • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency. • Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve department goals. • Manage internal audits and coordinate with external auditors as necessary.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar financial or accounting role. • Proficiency in document control and management systems. • Strong skills in document scanning and compilation processes. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proven ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is preferred.
