HR Business Process Analyst
                    
					
						<p>Robert Half is currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a 100% remote client engagement.  This position will work with a variety of internal stakeholders and process owners within the client's corporate HR team to document and map all HR related processes.  Candidates should have prior experience with business process mapping, stakeholder interviewing, and have knowledge of HR related processes.  This role can be done 100% remotely and is expected to last at least 3 months, with potential for extensions.  This role is part of a much larger HR transformation effort within the organization.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Map and analyze existing HR processes using tools such as Visio, Blueworks, or Lucidchart to identify inefficiencies and pain points.</p><p>• Conduct root cause analysis to uncover and address issues within employee lifecycle workflows.</p><p>• Design optimized future-state processes by applying principles of Lean, Six Sigma, and service design.</p><p>• Organize and lead HR process design workshops, collaborating with HR business partners, managers, and centers of excellence.</p><p>• Partner with IT and HR systems teams to implement workflow automation and self-service capabilities.</p><p>• Participate in user testing, change management, and rollouts for new tools or enhancements in HR systems.</p><p>• Identify opportunities for automating manual HR processes using existing tools and AI-driven technologies.</p><p>• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate process efficiency and employee satisfaction.</p><p>• Analyze case and process data to uncover trends and recommend actionable improvements.</p><p>• Develop and maintain a centralized repository for HR process documentation and standards.</p>
					
					
						<p>• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, business process improvement, or HR transformation roles.</p><p>• Proficiency in process mapping and familiarity with tools such as LucidChart and MS Visio</p><p>• Experience with HR systems, including Oracle, Workday, and Cornerstone.</p><p>• Effective communication and facilitation skills to collaborate across all levels of the organization.</p><p>• Familiarity with process automation tools and emerging technologies like AI is a plus.</p>
