<p><br></p><p>Role Overview</p><p>The position is a hybrid of customer service and light bookkeeping, with a heavy emphasis on accuracy and detail orientation. Very few phone calls—most work is email and computer-based.</p><p>________________________________________</p><p>Primary Responsibilities</p><p>Order Processing & Labeling (50–60% of role)</p><p>• Manage 50–60 accounts (large customers such as Living Spaces)</p><p>• Enter new orders daily (mostly email-driven)</p><p>• Create and set up law labels for manufacturing</p><p>• Ensure error-free order entry and documentation</p><p>Fulfillment Support & Shipment Prep (30–40% of role)</p><p>• Create packing releases for drivers (quantities per package)</p><p>• Prepare shipping labels</p><p>• Deliver shipping labels to manager and warehouse (must be able to walk over to warehouse manager)</p><p>• Generate and send customer invoices</p><p>Customer Service Support (~10%)</p><p>• Handle minor disputes or discrepancies</p><p>• Maintain clear communication with customers via email</p><p><br></p>
