• Proven experience in customer service roles with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness. • Ability to compile, process, and interpret data accurately. • Familiarity with annuities and investment products is highly desirable. • Strong communication skills for interacting with advisors, customers, and vendors. • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Experience in operational support or similar roles. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
