Member Services Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Member Services Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a contract position ideal for an individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. In this role, you will handle member inquiries, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our department.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Perform accurate data entry tasks to update and maintain member information in the database.<br>• Manage and update member records, ensuring compliance with organizational protocols and data integrity standards.<br>• Respond to incoming calls, address member questions, and escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel.<br>• Generate routine and customized reports to monitor departmental activities and support member services objectives.<br>• Collaborate with colleagues on special projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and workflows.<br>• Uphold organizational policies, standards, and confidentiality requirements in all interactions and tasks.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment.<br>• Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications.<br>• Strong typing skills with high accuracy.<br>• Experience in call center customer service or similar roles.<br>• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
