We are looking for a dedicated Member Services Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a contract position ideal for an individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. In this role, you will handle member inquiries, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our department. Responsibilities: • Perform accurate data entry tasks to update and maintain member information in the database. • Manage and update member records, ensuring compliance with organizational protocols and data integrity standards. • Respond to incoming calls, address member questions, and escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel. • Generate routine and customized reports to monitor departmental activities and support member services objectives. • Collaborate with colleagues on special projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and workflows. • Uphold organizational policies, standards, and confidentiality requirements in all interactions and tasks.

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment. • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications. • Strong typing skills with high accuracy. • Experience in call center customer service or similar roles. • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
