Jr. Project Manager
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Project Manager to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting order fulfillment and sales operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams while honing your organizational and technical skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Facilitate communication between production and sales teams to align on priorities and delivery schedules.<br>• Oversee order fulfillment processes, including tracking shipments and verifying documentation for accuracy.<br>• Reconcile invoices by resolving discrepancies related to orders, shipments, and billing.<br>• Coordinate logistics activities such as carrier scheduling, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmations.<br>• Generate and manage inventory reports using Excel and internal systems.<br>• Ensure product deliveries are accurate by validating against purchase orders and production outputs.<br>• Utilize Warehouse Management and Enterprise Resource Planning systems to maintain order data and inventory records.<br>• Prepare and share performance and fulfillment reports with management teams.<br>• Provide support to the Senior Project Manager on various projects, documentation tasks, and process optimization initiatives.<br>• Use Microsoft Office tools to create reports, presentations, and communications for internal distribution.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, order fulfillment, or sales operations.<br>• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and data analysis.<br>• Familiarity with Warehouse Management and Enterprise Resource Planning systems, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms.<br>• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage tasks and collaborate with teams.<br>• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
