Administrative Coordinator
<p>We are looking for a Human Resource Administrative Coordinator to provide essential support to our Leave & Accommodation Management team in Columbus, Indiana. In this role, you will assist with organizational tasks and contribute to the efficient operation of the department. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Compile and produce reports to support the Leave & Accommodation Management team.</p><p>•  Production and distribution of correspondence via fax, email, Workday (HRIS) and US Mail</p><p>• Manage inventory levels for office supplies to ensure availability.</p><p>• Create and maintain electronic files to ensure accurate record-keeping.</p><p>• Sort and distribute incoming mail to appropriate team members.</p><p>• Provide support for various projects as assigned.</p><p>• Actively participate in team meetings to share updates and insights.</p><p>• Perform additional duties as required to support departmental needs.</p><p>• Monitor administrative department email accounts and fax.</p>
<p>• Experience in managing leave of absence processes and absence management.</p><p>• Strong ability to act as a liaison and facilitate communication between teams.</p><p>• Knowledge of employee relations and familiarity with FMLA regulations.</p><p>• Proven administrative assistance skills with attention to detail.</p><p>• Ability to ensure compliance with relevant procedures and guidelines.</p><p>• Experience auditing reports and identifying discrepancies.</p><p>• Capability to manage and maintain productive vendor relationships.</p><p>·       Experience working in an office environment preferred </p><p>·        Strong attention to detail </p><p>·        Beginner/Intermediate Level Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Skills </p><p>·        Familiar with video calling and remote meetings </p><p>·       Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner </p><p>·       Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work with a sense of urgency </p><p>·       Experience working within Human Resources or compliance is a plus </p><p>·        Minimum High School Diploma - Preference given to individual pursuing a degree in Human Resources</p><p>·       Ability to sit for long periods of time </p><p>·       Operate computer keyboard and mouse for data entry frequently </p><p>·       View computers monitor for long periods of time</p><p>·        Hear and speak via telephone occasionally Reach forward and overhead frequently </p><p>·       Lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally </p>
