Bilingual Customer Service Representative
<p>We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated <strong>Bilingual Customer Service Representative</strong> for a call center environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both Spanish and English and excel at providing outstanding customer service. You will serve as the first point of contact to assist clients with their inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.</p><p>This is a <strong>contract-to-hire opportunity</strong>, offering you the chance to showcase your skills and grow within the company.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in both Spanish and English via phone, email, and chat platforms </li><li>Provide timely and professional solutions to resolve customer issues while adhering to company policies and service level agreements</li><li>Document interactions efficiently within CRM systems such as Salesforce.com </li><li>Identify customer needs and proactively provide recommendations or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.</li><li>Maintain a high level of empathy and patience to ensure customer satisfaction while managing multiple interactions in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Contribute to team goals by maintaining performance metrics such as response time, customer feedback ratings, and first-call resolution rates </li><li>Partner with supervisors and team leads to continuously improve processes and workflows to better serve customers.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<ul><li>Fluent in both <strong>Spanish</strong> and <strong>English</strong> (verbal and written communication).</li><li>Prior <strong>customer service experience</strong> (call center experience preferred).</li><li>Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.</li><li>High-level computer literacy; familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changes in systems and workflows.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a <strong>contract-to-hire environment</strong>, with the potential for permanent placement based on performance.</li><li>High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p>
