We are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team on a contract basis in Collierville, Tennessee. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to daily financial operations and ensure accurate reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general accounting practices and demonstrate attention to detail in handling various responsibilities. Responsibilities: • Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Support month-end closing processes, including journal entries and reporting. • Prepare and review journal entries for rebate accruals and other transactions. • Manage expense reporting through tools such as Concur, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. • Oversee the setup of new customer accounts while adhering to company policies. • Provide general accounting support across various functions. • Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate financial records and processes.

• Proven experience with general ledger accounting. • Proficiency in preparing journal entries and reconciling bank statements. • Familiarity with Concur expense reporting is highly preferred. • Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliations with attention to detail. • Strong understanding of month-end close procedures. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
