We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position that requires working on-site and handling a high volume of transactions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in accounts payable and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Enter invoices into the system with accuracy and attention to detail. • Manage accounts payable processes for multiple properties, including processing utility bills. • Perform invoice coding and ensure proper allocation of expenses based on experience. • Process check runs and prepare payments as needed. • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company procedures. • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes. • Utilize software tools, such as MRI, to manage accounts payable tasks efficiently. • Support other financial tasks as required based on experience and workload.

• Proven experience in accounts payable operations, preferably in high-volume environments. • Familiarity with invoice processing, coding, and payment preparation. • Ability to manage multiple accounts and handle utility bills effectively. • Experience with check runs and financial recordkeeping. • Proficiency in accounting software; MRI Software experience is a plus. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work 100% on-site during regular business hours.
