Responsibilities:• Represent company services at events, webinars, and benefits fairs by delivering engaging presentations.• Provide concise and impactful information through elevator pitches to ensure smooth event flow.• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and approachability while interacting with attendees.• Serve as the primary point of contact during events, ensuring a positive and informative experience.• Stand for extended periods of time as required during events and fairs.

• Proven experience in customer service or call center operations. • Strong skills in handling inbound and outbound calls effectively. • Ability to perform order entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities. • A detail-oriented approach and ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences.
