Ecommerce Sample Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Sample Coordinator to join our team in City of Industry, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in managing and organizing sample coordination processes to ensure smooth operations for marketing and e-commerce initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate across teams and contribute to enhancing the customer experience within the retail industry.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate with the marketing team to establish and track deadlines for photo shoot samples.<br>• Develop and maintain a tracking system to provide transparency on all sample requests.<br>• Manage sample processes with cross-functional teams, including reporting and archiving responsibilities.<br>• Assist in organizing and coordinating samples for catalogs, mailers, and landing page assets.<br>• Serve as the primary point of communication for sample-related matters between photo, copy, and buying teams.<br>• Conduct daily quality assurance checks on website pages and support update verifications as needed.<br>• Identify and recommend opportunities for process innovation and improvement.<br>• Balance multiple projects effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are aligned.<br>• Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent detail-oriented experience.<br>• Strong communication skills with the ability to take initiative and ensure follow-through.<br>• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to enhancing the brand experience.<br>• Proven time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.<br>• Adaptability and a willingness to take on challenges and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.<br>• Exceptional multitasking abilities and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.<br>• Self-driven with excellent follow-up skills to address open items and ensure completion.<br>• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
