We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in City of Industry, California. In this long-term contract role, you will provide technical expertise to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of desktop systems, hardware, and software. This position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional support to end users.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide technical support for desktop systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.<br>• Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies to maintain secure and efficient user access.<br>• Set up and maintain PC workstations, peripherals, and other hardware components to ensure optimal performance.<br>• Diagnose and resolve networking issues, including basic switch/router configurations and VLAN setups.<br>• Administer cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Office 365 to support business operations.<br>• Implement cybersecurity measures, including password policies and endpoint protection, to safeguard sensitive information.<br>• Ensure compliance with IT documentation standards and assist with audit readiness by maintaining accurate records.<br>• Support desktop imaging processes to streamline system deployment and updates.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address technical challenges and improve IT workflows.<br>• Provide guidance to end users on best practices for data security and system usage.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support or a related technical role.<br>• Proficiency in Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, with knowledge of command-line tools for troubleshooting.<br>• Experience in Active Directory management, including user accounts and group policies.<br>• Strong understanding of PC hardware setup, peripheral installation, and maintenance.<br>• Basic networking knowledge, including IP addressing, VLANs, and router/switch configuration.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 administration.<br>• Awareness of cybersecurity principles, including secure data handling and endpoint protection.<br>• Ability to create and maintain IT documentation to meet compliance standards.
