In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Information Governance Manager to ensure compliance with firm policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a law firm background to bring their Information Governance expertise and help evolve workflows and procedures in a collaborative, high-impact environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Support and enhance the firm’s Information Governance program, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Advise and collaborate with attorneys and staff on Information Governance best practices.</li><li>Analyze workflows and recommend improvements to IG processes.</li><li>Act as a trusted resource to end users, providing guidance on compliance and procedural matters.</li><li>Stay informed of emerging compliance and governance requirements impacting the legal industry.</li><li>Learn and apply technical skills such as Microsoft Purview and PowerShell (training provided).</li></ul><p>For immediate consideration, apply now and direct message Reid Gormly on LinkedIN</p>

<p>Ideal Candidate Profile</p><ul><li>3+ years of Information Governance experience in a law firm setting.</li><li>Strong understanding of IG workflows, procedures, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust, advise, and recommend solutions to attorneys and staff.</li><li>Strategic, collaborative mindset with interest in continuous learning and development of technical skills.</li></ul><p>Preferred (Bonus) Skills</p><ul><li>Knowledge of data privacy and cross-border data transfer requirements (e.g., GDPR).</li><li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview and PowerShell.</li></ul><p><br></p>
