We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with various departments and address employee payroll inquiries effectively. Responsibilities: • Process payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. • Handle payroll deductions, garnishments, and benefits contributions with precision. • Reconcile payroll reports and promptly address any discrepancies. • Prepare and submit tax filings related to payroll as well as year-end reporting. • Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll data remains accurate and up-to-date. • Address employee questions and concerns regarding payroll and benefits. • Maintain detailed records of payroll transactions and ensure proper documentation. • Utilize payroll systems like ADP to optimize processes and reporting.

• At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing. • Proficiency in handling full-cycle payroll for organizations with 101-500 employees. • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, including ADP. • Experience with managing payroll deductions, garnishments, and benefits contributions. • Understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations. • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication skills for collaborating with teams and addressing employee inquiries.
