Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This is a contract position suited for someone who is comfortable managing front-desk activities, handling incoming calls, and keeping administrative tasks organized. The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, accuracy in documentation, and a careful approach to supporting a busy workplace.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage day-to-day administrative activities to help maintain an efficient and well-organized office environment.<br>• Respond to inbound phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide courteous support to callers and visitors.<br>• Perform front-desk and receptionist functions, including greeting guests and assisting with general office communication.<br>• Enter, update, and maintain records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Prepare, organize, and distribute routine documents, correspondence, and other administrative materials.<br>• Support office operations by coordinating schedules, tracking information, and assisting with general clerical needs.
• Experience providing administrative support in an office or business environment.<br>• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.<br>• Proficiency in data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with receptionist and front-office responsibilities.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.<br>• Working knowledge of standard administrative office practices and procedures.
