If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are ready to make a tangible impact on a company’s financial success, we want to hear from you!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to guide decision-making. </li><li>Design, generate, and interpret financial models to analyze trends and evaluate business performance.</li><li>Collaborate with teams to develop and maintain reports that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Assist in month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.</li><li>Provide strategic recommendations based on cost analysis, market performance, and risk assessment.</li><li>Identify opportunities for operational cost reduction and process efficiencies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, such as SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act).</li><li>Partner with leadership to evaluate new business opportunities and investments.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>3+ years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, or analysis.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including modeling and data visualization tools.</li><li>Experience with financial software such as Hyperion, SAP, or Oracle is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.</li><li>CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred but not required.</li></ul>
