<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred.</li><li>3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting roles.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, financial modeling, macros) and experience with ERP or reporting tools such as SAP, Oracle, or Tableau.</li><li>Strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP and variance analysis.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Proven ability to work with large data sets and synthesize insights effectively.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills (Optional):</strong></p><ul><li>MBA or CFA certification (preferred but not required).</li><li>Experience in a specific industry [e.g., healthcare, financial services, manufacturing].</li><li>Familiarity with SQL or Power BI for advanced data analysis and reporting.</li></ul><p><br></p>
