<p>Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced office environment? Our client is seeking a reliable <strong>File Clerk</strong> to join their team and help maintain their essential record-keeping processes. If you thrive in a role that involves accuracy and efficiency, we want to hear from you!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Sort, organize, and maintain physical and electronic files to ensure proper categorization and easy access.</li><li>Retrieve and deliver files upon request, maintaining confidentiality and security.</li><li>Monitor file systems and update records as needed to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Perform regular audits of files to eliminate duplicates and outdated documentation.</li><li>Prepare files for disposal or transfer in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline filing systems.</li><li>Provide administrative support as needed, including photocopying, scanning, and data entry.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in clerical or administrative functions is a plus.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using document management systems.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.</li><li>Prior experience in a records management or clerical role is preferred but not required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
