As a Paid Search Specialist, you could:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Plan, launch, and manage paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, and other platforms.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and develop strategies to drive qualified traffic.</li><li>Optimize bidding, targeting, and ad copy to improve campaign performance.</li><li>Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search with broader marketing goals.</li><li>Stay up to date on SEM trends, tools, and best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<ul><li>3+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns (agency or in-house).</li><li>Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4 a plus).</li><li>Hands-on experience with keyword research, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Google Ads certification preferred.</li></ul>
