Help Desk Analyst
We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Chesterton, Indiana. In this long-term contract role, you will provide technical support and expertise to ensure smooth operations and resolve IT-related issues across a variety of platforms. This position is ideal for someone with a keen attention to detail and a strong background in troubleshooting and technology management.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Address and resolve technical issues related to Android devices, Apple products, and Mac computers.<br>• Provide support for Cisco and Citrix technologies, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.<br>• Manage configuration tasks and oversee deployment of hardware and software systems.<br>• Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware to maintain seamless operations.<br>• Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts and access permissions.<br>• Deliver guidance and training to users on system functionalities and best practices.<br>• Conduct routine system checks to identify and mitigate potential issues.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and enhance overall efficiency.<br>• Document and track support requests to ensure timely resolution and follow-ups.<br>• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
• Proven experience with Android development and Apple device support.<br>• Strong knowledge of Cisco and Citrix technologies.<br>• Proficiency in managing Mac computers and Microsoft systems.<br>• Familiarity with Active Directory for user and access management.<br>• Expertise in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.<br>• Ability to perform configuration management and oversee deployments.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br>• Strong communication skills for effective user support and collaboration.
