<p>We are seeking a highly experienced Release Manager with strong project management capabilities to support a complex application development program. This role is approximately <strong>70% release management</strong> and <strong>30% project management</strong>, working within a large stakeholder environment that requires strong communication skills and the ability to navigate differing priorities and personalities.</p><p><br></p>

<p>Skillset/Qualifications:</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Lead and manage release planning, coordination, and execution across multiple teams.</p><p>Support medium- to low-complexity projects within a SAFe Agile framework.</p><p>Partner with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of application development initiatives.</p><p>Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively drive issues to resolution.</p><p>Provide structure, governance, and visibility across release cycles.</p><p>Contribute PM support as needed, including updates, reporting, and coordination.</p><p><br></p><p>Must-Have Qualifications</p><p>Proven SAFe Agile experience.</p><p>Strong background in release management combined with project management exposure.</p><p>Demonstrated ability to work effectively with strong personalities and manage high-visibility stakeholders.</p><p>Experience supporting application development environments.</p><p><br></p><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><p>Healthcare industry experience.</p><p>Familiarity with payer systems.</p><p>Local candidates preferred (DC or Chicago), though remote candidates will be considered.</p>
