<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Set Up Specialist to join our team in Chesapeake, Virginia. In this Contract role, you will play a key part in coordinating utility services for new, relocating, or expanding retail locations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with landlords and contractors, ensuring smooth operations and timely payments.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage the setup and disconnection of utilities for new, relocating, or expanding retail stores.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with landlords and general contractors to coordinate utility services.</p><p>• Maintain and update spreadsheets to track utility accounts for multiple locations.</p><p>• Ensure timely and accurate payments for utility services and address any discrepancies as needed.</p><p>• Conduct research to resolve issues and facilitate reimbursement payments to landlords when applicable.</p><p>• Perform monthly reconciliations of utility accounts to ensure accuracy.</p><p>• Handle high-volume data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.</p><p>• Analyze utility-related data and maintain accurate electronic payment </p>

• Proven experience in data entry, particularly in high-volume environments.<br>• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.<br>• Ability to manage and reconcile utility accounts effectively.<br>• Proficient in handling electronic payment systems.<br>• Excellent communication skills for interacting with landlords and contractors.<br>• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.<br>• Proficiency in spreadsheet software and data tracking tools.<br>• Prior experience in utility coordination or a related field is a plus.
