<p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>We’re seeking an entry- to mid-level Systems Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure operations, automation projects, and systems integration efforts. The ideal candidate is technically curious, proactive, and eager to strengthen their expertise across servers, networks, and cloud environments in a fast-paced IT setting.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support, maintain, and optimize Windows and Linux server environments.</li><li>Monitor system performance, apply patches, and perform routine updates.</li><li>Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and DevOps teams to ensure system stability and efficiency.</li><li>Troubleshoot issues across hardware, virtualization, and storage layers.</li><li>Develop scripts for monitoring, deployment, and automation (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).</li><li>Assist in maintaining system documentation, configurations, and runbooks.</li><li>Participate in occasional after-hours maintenance or on-call rotation as needed.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).</li><li>2–5 years of experience in systems administration or engineering.</li><li>Working knowledge of Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu), and Active Directory management.</li><li>Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).</li><li>Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).</li><li>Scripting experience in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; able to work independently.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Exposure to automation/configuration tools (Ansible, Terraform).</li><li>Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).</li><li>Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Splunk, Datadog).</li><li>Awareness of ITIL or change management best practices.</li></ul>
