This position blends software engineering, system integration, and technical troubleshooting to bring high-performance products from concept to deployment.</p><p>This is a proactive posting, meaning we are identifying strong candidates for future or anticipated openings with our clients.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless system performance and reliability.</li><li>Develop and execute test scripts for hardware/software validation.</li><li>Support automation efforts using PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages.</li><li>Troubleshoot product issues across Windows, Linux, and embedded systems.</li><li>Document technical processes and communicate results to engineering leadership.</li><li>Participate in Agile sprints and provide input during design and release phases.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Strong technical foundation with the ability to independently research, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues.</li><li>Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Swift.</li><li>Experience supporting and troubleshooting across macOS, Linux, and Windows environments; must be highly proficient with Apple systems or able to ramp up quickly.</li><li>Demonstrated technical curiosity with a solid understanding of AV systems, video signals, microcontrollers, and computing hardware.</li><li>Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting abilities with a proactive, self-directed work approach.</li><li>1–3 years of relevant hands-on experience in a technical or engineering environment (not an entry-level position).</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working with USB touch systems, AV hardware, and video conferencing technologies.</li><li>Advanced knowledge in systems administration (Windows, Linux, or macOS).</li><li>Familiarity with GitHub, Jira, AWS, or similar development and support platforms.</li><li>Previous experience in customer-facing product support or technical engineering roles.</li><li>Strong collaboration and communication skills with a commitment to continuous learning and technical excellence.</li></ul>
