Systems Business Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Systems Business Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a crucial role in supporting financial crime compliance initiatives and ensuring the successful implementation and testing of business systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Actimize implementations and data defect resolution, along with expertise in quality assurance processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for financial crime compliance systems.<br>• Lead the implementation of Actimize or similar compliance tools, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.<br>• Develop and execute detailed test plans and scripts to validate system functionality and performance.<br>• Identify, analyze, and resolve data defects in collaboration with technical teams.<br>• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets business objectives.<br>• Provide quality assurance oversight by reviewing test results and ensuring adherence to standards.<br>• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.<br>• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring tasks are completed within agreed deadlines.<br>• Offer expertise in business analysis practices, including creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).<br>• Support ongoing system maintenance and enhancements as needed.
• Proven experience as a Systems Business Analyst, preferably in financial crime compliance projects.<br>• Hands-on experience with Actimize implementations or similar compliance systems.<br>• Strong skills in quality assurance processes, including writing and executing test plans.<br>• Expertise in resolving data defects and performing detailed system testing.<br>• Familiarity with creating and managing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).<br>• Proficiency in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validating system functionality.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams.<br>• Ability to work effectively within Eastern or Central time zones.
