<p><strong>Ideal background:</strong></p><ul><li>2–5 years of systems administration experience</li><li>Strong understanding of enterprise user environments</li><li>Experience working within ticketing and change-management workflows</li><li>PowerShell or basic scripting experience is a plus</li></ul>
