We are looking for a skilled Senior Accountant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position focuses on supporting international accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial processes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in accounting principles and have experience with SAP systems, including Fiori and S/4HANA. Responsibilities: • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities for international entities, including the preparation and posting of journal entries. • Prepare intercompany chargeback entries and accruals in compliance with transfer pricing agreements. • Coordinate payroll processes for international entities, including journal entry preparation and collaboration with external payroll providers. • Compile data for corporate income tax filings and collaborate with external accounting and tax partners to ensure compliance. • Process vendor and contractor invoices, perform account reconciliations, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions. • Assist with cash forecasting and initiate international cash transfers as directed. • Maintain exchange rate data and support foreign currency revaluation and conversion procedures. • Reconcile general ledger accounts and review reconciliations prepared by other team members. • Contribute to intercompany balance reconciliations and ensure alignment across entities. • Support audit preparation by gathering necessary documentation and creating schedules.

• Proven experience with month-end close, general ledger management, and journal entry preparation. • Proficiency in account and bank reconciliations. • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems, including Fiori and S/4HANA. • Familiarity with foreign currency transactions and related accounting processes. • Ability to support payroll processing for international entities. • Solid understanding of US GAAP and willingness to learn international accounting standards. • Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
