<p>Robert Half is seeking a dynamic Software Project Manager to oversee custom application and software integration projects for clients in fast-paced technology environments. This role requires strong Agile experience and the ability to bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage multiple concurrent software development and integration projects.</li><li>Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).</li><li>Partner with developers, QA, UX, and product owners to ensure deliverables align with business goals.</li><li>Track project progress using Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar tools.</li><li>Identify risks, resolve blockers, and ensure transparent communication with leadership.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>3–6 years of experience leading software or web development projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC best practices.</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and API-driven integrations.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.</li></ul>
