Software Engineering Manager
<ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, conducting regular code reviews, technical assessments, and career development discussions.</li><li>Oversee full-stack development of web applications using Angular, ASP.NET, and Azure, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.</li><li>Architect, develop, and deploy RESTful Web APIs leveraging ASP.NET and Azure pipelines, ensuring high availability and reliability.</li><li>Drive modernization initiatives by rewriting or migrating legacy applications from React to Angular, utilizing best practices to minimize disruption.</li><li>Implement and manage CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders including engineering leads, product managers, and operations to align technical execution with business goals.</li><li>Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in existing workflows through process analysis and continuous improvement strategies.</li><li>Utilize Kendo UI and modern front-end libraries to create user-friendly, data-rich, and visually engaging web applications.</li><li>Manage CMS migrations and modernization projects to improve content workflows and platform efficiency.</li><li>Evaluate candidates for software engineering roles by assessing problem-solving skills, coding proficiency, and fundamental engineering concepts.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management capacity.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Angular (advanced features, components, services, and RxJS).</li><li>Experience developing Web APIs with ASP.NET Core.</li><li>Proven experience deploying applications in Microsoft Azure, including pipelines, web apps, and resource management.</li><li>Familiarity with React and experience migrating or integrating between frameworks.</li><li>Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and modern development best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li></ul>
