Receptionist
We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, welcoming guests, and supporting administrative tasks. As a Contract-to-permanent position, this opportunity offers potential for long-term growth with our organization.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet visitors and employees with professionalism, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.<br>• Manage a multi-line phone system, answering inbound calls and directing them appropriately.<br>• Monitor site safety protocols, ensuring badge requirements are followed and addressing any safety concerns.<br>• Collaborate with the facilities team to report and resolve building maintenance issues promptly.<br>• Coordinate recruitment logistics, including scheduling interviews and supporting on-site hiring events.<br>• Provide administrative support by maintaining accurate and confidential documentation.<br>• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and site events.<br>• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.<br>• Support virtual collaboration with employees across multiple locations when needed.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.<br>• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and receptionist duties.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.<br>• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.<br>• Capability to maintain objectivity and manage sensitive situations with professionalism.<br>• Experience in handling confidential information with utmost discretion.<br>• Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools and working across multiple locations.
