<p>Robert Half is proactively sourcing Mid-Level PC & Printer Technicians to support our enterprise clients. This role is suited for candidates with proven printer/copier troubleshooting skills and customer-facing experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Troubleshoot and repair printers/copiers, including component replacement.</li><li>Install/configure devices, set up print queues, and provide customer training.</li><li>Perform advanced networking support (TCP/IP, shared queues, drivers).</li><li>Track parts, supplies, and maintain accurate service documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with remote support teams to resolve escalated issues.</li><li>Educate customers on equipment use and preventative maintenance.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>2–4 years of PC/printer repair or field service experience.</li><li>Networking knowledge (IP addressing, printer connectivity).</li><li>Strong communication, customer service, and time management skills.</li><li>A+ or manufacturer certifications (HP, Xerox, Canon, Ricoh) a plus.</li></ul>
