Customer Success Specialist
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This long-term contract position involves managing customer documentation and contracts, ensuring accuracy, and supporting various administrative tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a structured environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Prepare and manage customer contracts, ensuring all required details are accurately documented and organized.<br>• Upload and maintain documentation in designated portals for easy access and review.<br>• Collaborate with team members to establish and follow consistent naming conventions and filing systems.<br>• Utilize tools like Adobe for contract preparation and ServiceTitan for workflow management.<br>• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure contracts are reviewed and finalized promptly.<br>• Handle customer-facing tasks, such as responding to inquiries and providing support via email and phone.<br>• Monitor and resolve connectivity issues to ensure seamless customer interactions.<br>• Assist in managing third-party contracts, including filling out required fields and submitting for review.<br>• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and communication.<br>• Adhere to a structured schedule, working five days a week, five hours per day, primarily in the mornings.
• Proven experience in customer success or customer service roles, preferably in a call center or dealership environment.<br>• Proficiency in using multiple browsers and managing email correspondence effectively.<br>• Strong skills in contract management, including preparation, negotiation, and renewals.<br>• Familiarity with tools like Adobe for contract-related tasks and ServiceTitan for workflow management.<br>• Ability to manage and resolve connectivity issues in a customer service context.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.<br>• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer interactions.<br>• Ability to work independently while adhering to established processes and deadlines.
