Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in supporting the Accounts Receivable team and other administrative functions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values collaboration and efficiency.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide daily administrative support to the Accounts Receivable team, including data entry, document preparation, and follow-ups.<br>• Assist in creating reports, maintaining spreadsheets, and drafting correspondence.<br>• Support payment processing, invoice tracking, and internal communications to ensure smooth operations.<br>• Manage and organize both digital and physical filing systems for easy access and retrieval.<br>• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to address inquiries and maintain strong relationships.<br>• Oversee team schedules, calendars, and meeting logistics to optimize productivity.<br>• Contribute to process improvements and assist with special administrative projects as needed.<br>• Participate in onboarding and training new administrative staff to ensure seamless integration.<br>• Handle other assigned duties to support overall team objectives.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, with accounting or Accounts Receivable experience being a plus.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.<br>• Ability to manage confidential information and multitask in a dynamic work environment.<br>• Familiarity with online tools and systems to streamline administrative processes.<br>• Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.
