Executive Assistant
We are looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to join our team in North Charleston, South Carolina. In this contract-to-permanent role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of executive-level tasks. This position offers a flexible schedule, with approximately 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Assist the primary Executive Assistant with managing daily tasks and priorities.<br>• Organize and oversee executive calendars, ensuring all meetings and deadlines are accurately scheduled.<br>• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.<br>• Prepare and arrange materials for executive meetings, ensuring all required documents are available.<br>• Handle communications and correspondence on behalf of the executives.<br>• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to executive activities.<br>• Support the organization in administrative tasks to streamline operations.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create reports, presentations, and other essential documents.<br>• Facilitate a smooth workflow by addressing time-sensitive tasks promptly.<br>• Provide additional support during working interviews or special projects as needed.
• Proven experience in executive-level administrative support.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.<br>• Strong organizational and time management skills.<br>• Ability to coordinate complex travel arrangements effectively.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.<br>• Flexible availability to work approximately 20 hours per week.<br>• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate attention to detail in all interactions.
