Administrative Assistant
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina. This is a contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient workflow and organization.</p><p>• Answer inbound calls professionally, providing accurate information or directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.</p><p>• Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate records and documentation.</p><p>• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing receptionist duties and creating a welcoming atmosphere.</p><p>• Organize and maintain office files, supplies, and resources to support smooth operations.</p><p>• Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and other calendar management tasks.</p><p>• Support the team during peak periods, by handling additional administrative responsibilities.</p><p>• Collaborate with staff to execute special projects and tasks as needed.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative processes.</p>
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.<br>• Proficiency in data entry and office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.<br>• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• A detail-oriented approach and ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.<br>• Familiarity with receptionist duties and office management.<br>• Adaptability to handle additional responsibilities during busy periods, such as tax season.
