We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee infrastructure operations and drive strategic initiatives in a high-tech engineering environment. This long-term contract position is based in Chandler, Arizona, and offers an exciting opportunity to lead global teams, optimize systems, and implement best practices for security and performance. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure reliable and efficient IT services that support organizational goals. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain secure IT infrastructure operations, ensuring system reliability and adherence to established processes. • Oversee daily activities related to servers, cloud environments, data storage, and other critical systems. • Develop and enforce disaster recovery and backup strategies to ensure business continuity. • Set objectives and track performance metrics for the Infrastructure team to align with organizational goals. • Lead the resolution of user issues through the Helpdesk and coordinate risk mitigation strategies across departments. • Negotiate contracts and oversee relationships with global technology vendors to optimize services. • Build and mentor a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. • Integrate security best practices into IT operations to protect company and customer data. • Drive compliance with industry regulations and company policies across all IT functions. • Design cost-effective infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements without compromising quality.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. • At least 10 years of combined experience in business, consulting, and IT leadership roles. • Strong expertise in infrastructure management, networking, security, and applications, particularly in manufacturing environments. • Proven ability to lead global teams across multiple regions and drive collaboration. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including cloud services, Active Directory, and enterprise collaboration tools. • Familiarity with manufacturing operations and IT support in a global organization. • Proficient in designing and managing IT budgets to optimize costs. • Knowledge of global compliance standards and regulations relevant to the industry.
