Human Resources (HR) Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in Chandler, Arizona. This contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to support HR and payroll functions while contributing to the administrative needs of a growing organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, and eager to develop their skills in both HR and payroll processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle data entry tasks related to employee records, payroll, and benefits.<br>• Organize and facilitate new employee orientations, including preparing necessary paperwork and onboarding materials.<br>• Maintain accurate filing systems for orientation documents, employee reviews, and other HR-related records.<br>• Monitor and manage calendars for employee reviews and ensure timely follow-ups.<br>• Audit health insurance and 401(k) payments to verify accuracy and compliance.<br>• Assist in preparing documentation for employee evaluations and benefits administration.<br>• Support HR training, safety initiatives, and policy implementation.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations across HR and payroll functions.<br>• Provide administrative support in managing licensing and insurance documentation.<br>• Contribute to fostering a positive and organized office environment.
• Prior experience in data entry and administrative tasks.<br>• Knowledge of HR processes such as onboarding and employee reviews.<br>• Familiarity with payroll systems and benefits administration.<br>• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.<br>• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a flexible environment.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Proficiency in using office software and tools.<br>• Interest in growing into an HR Manager role within 1-3 years.
