<p>We are looking for a Sr. Accountant for a 6-8 week project where you will be supporting a local construction firm as they transition to a new accounting software. This role is focused providing support from their recent transition to Sage Intacct and improving financial reporting and system functionality as it pertains to accounting. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead the transition and implementation of Sage Intacct, ensuring seamless integration of financial systems.</p><p>• Develop and optimize dashboard reporting to provide actionable insights.</p><p>• Create new financial reports and enhance system functionalities to meet organizational needs.</p><p>• Establish job cost codes and bring forward project cost data from previous systems.</p><p>• Utilize provided training materials and participate in Q& A sessions to troubleshoot system challenges.</p><p>• Assist with general ledger tasks and day-to-day accounting activities as needed.</p><p>• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system setup aligns with operational goals.</p><p>• Identify and address any gaps in the financial system setup to ensure accuracy and functionality.</p><p><br></p>

<p>• Proven experience with Sage Intacct, including system implementation and optimization.</p><p>• Strong background in transitioning financial systems and managing software integrations.</p><p>• Expertise in financial reporting setup, including dashboards and custom reports.</p><p>• Familiarity with job costing and general accounting practices.</p><p>• Ability to work independently and utilize training resources effectively.</p><p>• Solid understanding of general ledger processes and accounting principles.</p><p>• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</p><p><br></p>
