Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Accounts Receivable Management: Handle and manage all AR-related duties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transactions.</li><li>Intercompany Transaction Management: Process and match transactions in clearing accounts to the correct business units, ensuring there are no variances.</li><li>Inventory Management: Update inventory costs regularly and assist with identifying inventory variations. </li><li>Trial Balances: Prepare and maintain accurate trial balances for financial reporting.</li><li>General Ledger Management: Work within the GL to monitor and manage prepaid expenses, WIP reconciliations, and other related tasks.</li><li>Multi-Account Management: Handle remittances and perform detailed account reconciliations across multiple business units. </li><li>Aging Report Analysis: Review AR aging reports and assist in planning cash flow strategies.</li></ul>This position is primarily remote but does require 1-2 days in office days at the Cedar Rapids location.

Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting roles.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting ERP system and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.).</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly with financial data.</li><li>Experience with inventory reconciliation and WIP reconciliation is a plus.</li><li>Proven experience creating trial balances, aging reports, and working within the general ledger. </li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across multiple business units.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Familiarity with intercompany transactions and clearing accounts.</li><li>Experience working in Great Plains, MS Dynamics, or NetSuite</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of financial transactions across multiple entities.</li></ul>To be considered to join this growing team, apply today!
