Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This is a contract position that requires a detail-oriented and organized individual to support daily office operations. The role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining a focused and efficient environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.<br>• Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries or direct them to the appropriate team members.<br>• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks with attention to detail.<br>• Manage reception duties, including welcoming visitors and coordinating front desk activities.<br>• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.<br>• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.<br>• Assist in managing office supplies and ensuring the workspace is organized.<br>• Coordinate with other departments to support cross-functional administrative needs.<br>• Handle confidential information with discretion and care.
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related role.<br>• Proficiency in answering and directing inbound calls effectively.<br>• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage office operations.<br>• Familiarity with data entry practices and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Comfortable performing receptionist duties in a meticulous and organized setting.<br>• Ability to use office software and tools proficiently, such as Microsoft Office.<br>• High level of discretion when working with sensitive information.
