We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Boulder, Colorado. This role involves managing a variety of service lines and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, communication, and attention to detail.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks across multiple service lines effectively.<br>• Serve as the main point of contact by answering inbound calls and addressing inquiries professionally.<br>• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records to support operational efficiency.<br>• Manage receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.<br>• Provide general office support, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning.<br>• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve administrative workflows.<br>• Handle correspondence, including emails and physical mail, with a high level of accuracy.<br>• Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for staff and management.<br>• Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.<br>• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or related roles.<br>• Proficiency in answering calls and managing inquiries professionally.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to handle receptionist duties, including managing front office operations.<br>• Competence in data entry and maintaining records accurately.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
