Property Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Property Administrator to oversee various aspects of property and facilities management in Burke, Virginia. This Contract to permanent position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless property operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams and maintaining facilities efficiently.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee daily property and facilities operations to ensure smooth functionality.<br>• Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of all repair and upkeep tasks.<br>• Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating and monitoring maintenance contracts.<br>• Supervise a team of property management staff, providing guidance and support as needed.<br>• Handle facilities planning and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.<br>• Prepare and maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation related to property management.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to generate reports, track expenses, and communicate with stakeholders.<br>• Address tenant and client concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.<br>• Implement strategies to optimize property performance and reduce operational costs.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property or facilities management.<br>• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Familiarity with facilities planning and coordination processes.<br>• Experience handling maintenance contracts and vendor negotiations.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.<br>• A results-driven mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
